The Challenge    The community of Letham has helped residents reduce the energy consumption within the whole community.  This was done by looking to reduce the energy use of every household on a street-by-street basis. The work is part of The Scottish Government’s new Climate Challenge Fund and is supported by Scottish and Southern Energy and Perth & Kinross Council and being led by The Letham Residents Association. Steven Mitchell was appointed in July 2009 to co-ordinate the Letham Climate Challenge.  Steven along with trained Energy Awareness Advisors carried out the street by street energy audit.
